		<description>Interesting article about coffee! Personally, I don't drink it very often. Maybe once a month or so. 

As you said, coffee has it's benefits and it's downsides. The most negative is, like you said, it's addictiveness. But on the positive side, it also decreases chance of kidney stones and it works as an antidepressivum. (research has proven that people who drink coffee have 50% lower suicide rate!)

Also, one more thing. In several recent studies it has been proven that coffee isn't bad for your heart. Older studies had been executed incorrectly, not considering the fact people often smoke a sigaret with their coffee. This fact lead to the conclussion that people's heart suffered from drinking coffee, while actually it was from the smoking.

Like you said in your post, drinking coffee in moderation definately doesn't hurt!

I've given up a LOT in the way of food and have changed my lifestyle completely and coffee is the one thing I can enjoy. And i drink atleast 3-4 liters of water a day.. phew.. that is good..!</description>
